As part of its commitment to continuous development and maximizing its impact on Kafala and alternative family care, Yalla Kafala Organization held a strategic planning workshop to develop its 2026–2028 organizational strategy.
The workshop was facilitated by Sameh Marwan, Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant, who guided the team through a series of collaborative sessions focused on building a clear strategic vision for the next three years, aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
The workshop focused on identifying the organization’s strategic priorities, setting long-term objectives, defining impact measurement approaches, and strengthening operational plans to ensure sustainable outcomes in supporting the Kafala system. It also provided an opportunity for team members to reflect on past achievements, exchange ideas, and shape the roadmap for the years ahead.
Developing a strategy is more than creating a plan; it is about ensuring that every effort contributes to one shared purpose: creating a stronger support system for children without parental care, empowering Kafala families, and expanding community awareness of Kafala.
At Yalla Kafala Organization, we believe that thoughtful planning is the foundation of lasting impact, and that investing in our organization is ultimately an investment in every child's future.
